The Algarve Property and the Coronavirus!

The Algarve in the South of Portugal continues to be one of the safest places to travel amidst the Coronavirus madness.

You may be planning your holidays and wondering where to go in Europe, as the rest of the world remains an open question? The Algarve in the South of Portugal has not until today, the 7th of March, been affected by this virus and remains a very safe holiday destination.

There is no overcrowding, lots of fresh air and open spaces, over 40 Golf courses, lovely green mountain ranges for long hikes and of course miles of beautiful sandy beaches and no big cities of course, overhaul a very pleasant low-density environment with the exception of the month of August.

We in the Algarve are so blessed to be able to still welcome property investors, golfers and tourists.

At we have not witnessed any change in demand so far and our property enquiries have actually increased with people wanting to find out what is going on here and many investors are looking at property in the Algarve as a safe way to keep their money, when everything else is falling off the cliff.

Property Banking is what people are doing, besides property there seems to be little else where to invest your money for the long term in a reasonable safe manner.

So, if you are thinking of investing in property go on and do it, as the coronavirus is not the end of the world and after the storm the sun shines again and where better than in the Algarve in Portugal.

At we remain at your disposal to help you with any questions or concerns you may have, email us at or visit us at
