The Algarve, Portugal has now been affected by the Covid-19, even though the numbers of our region remain very low when compared to the rest of the country as you can verify by visiting https://covid19.min-saude.pt/ , the President of Portugal has now imposed a “State of Emergency”.
Keeping in line with the latest developments, we have decided to close our offices to the public from today, Thursday the 19/03/2020; all activity of our company will be completely run online from the safety of our homes.
Working closely and following the guidance of our National and European health authorities, we are committed to taking all appropriate steps and actions to combat the spread of COVID-19 in our beautiful Algarve.
We are taking this measure in an abundance of caution, as we felt it necessary to do our part and contribute to efforts to contain the spread of the virus.
The management team, the back office and the sales/listing force will be operating normally from their computers at home; everything will run normally, with the exception of access to our physical office.
We are fully prepared to work online as this was already our “modus operandi” for many years, prior to the pandemic.
Unfortunately and temporarily we will also be suspending all personalised visits to properties.
The health, safety and well-being of our customers and our sales team is our highest priority.
We would like to thank you for your understanding during these fluid, unprecedented and challenging times.
