Silves once again celebrates its historic connection to the orange with a weekend dedicated to flavour, tradition and culinary creativity. From 13 to 15 February 2026, FISSUL, in Silves, becomes a meeting point for those who appreciate good food and local products with true character.
Over three days, the orange, an emblematic fruit of the region, is reimagined in new ways, appearing in both sweet and savoury creations that surprise with their aroma, freshness and balance. More than just an ingredient, it is a symbol of the land and of Algarve’s know-how, celebrated in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
This event is also an opportunity to experience Silves outside the high season, bringing together gastronomy, local culture and moments of sharing, and inviting residents and visitors alike to savour the city in an authentic way.
